I can’t believe I finally started a website today. I have been thinking about this for about three years, but I always seemed to push it to the side because the kids need rides to soccer and the gym, I need to make dinner, I need to go grocery shopping and make dinner (these two take up much of my time with two teenage boys), I need to work out or walk the dog, and, my favorite, I need to sleep.
I also think that I operate in two ways: I either try to plan it out in my head for a few years until I’m sure I will get it right the first try or I just jump into it, make a ton of mistakes, and can’t seem to motivate myself to continue. Either way, I have a bunch of half-finished ideas and projects that I can’t bring myself to finish. I just spent money on this, so I think that will be the motivator to continue with the site.
I love to write, and I wanted a spot that could be whatever I wanted it to be. Let’s see where this takes me!
